Error 1001: No feedback signal on X axis

Causes

  • X axis encoder cable is damaged or disconnected
  • No 24 V supply at the X axis servo drive
  • Servo driver is faulty or frozen

Solutions

  1. Check the connectors and integrity of the X axis encoder cable
  2. Verify 24 V supply at the X axis servo drive
  3. Restart the machine and the controller
  4. If the error persists — replace the encoder or the driver
