Causes

• Axis 4 (focus) has reached a software travel limit in the + or − direction
• Software fault

Solutions

1. Using MANUAL mode in the control software, move the focus axis in the Positive (+) or Negative (−) direction, depending on the value shown on the screen, until the error clears
2. After the error is cleared, return the focus axis to its home position (zero)
