Causes

• Pallet changer alarm

Solutions

1. Check the travel and locking of the pallet changers
2. If locking is poor, fix the mechanical locking issue of the pallet changers
3. Check whether the pallet changer reaches the limit position sensor
4. If the pallet changer travel is physically restricted, check the chain tension and remove any obstructions to table movement
5. Check whether the limit position sensor is functioning
6. If the sensor is not functioning, replace it
