Laser source line temperature too high — alarm

Causes

  • Overheating of the laser source cooling circuit

Solutions

  1. Blow out the filters and radiator.
  2. Check refrigerant level in the chiller compressor.
  3. Clean the coolant coarse filter.
  4. Check the coolant level.
