The subscription renews automatically every 30 days. Cancel anytime from your account: access stays until the end of the paid period, then the tier drops back to Free.

01 What is SBM Laser Help? +
A pocket helper for operators of industrial laser cutting equipment. Knowledge base + parameter tables + intelligent tools — in a Telegram bot, a web app and mobile apps for Android and iOS, with one shared account.
02 Is there really a free tier? +
Yes. The bot is free to start. Most tools — tables, manuals, error codes, reference guide, courses, support — stay free forever with no quotas. Paid tiers only raise quotas on the intelligent modules and DXF calculators.
03 How does payment work? +
Pay by card in the web app or the mobile app — checkout and billing run through our payment provider. The Telegram bot stays free, and a subscription bought on the web or in the app applies to your whole account.
04 Is there auto-renewal? +
Yes. Card subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days and can be cancelled anytime from your account. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period.
05 Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account: access stays until the end of the paid period, then the tier drops back to Free. Free-forever tools keep working either way.
06 What happens to my data after my tier expires? +
Nothing is lost. Your account stays, your saved queries stay, your subscription history stays. Only the per-month quotas reset to Free-tier levels.
07 Are taxes included? +
Prices are shown in USD. Our payment provider acts as the merchant of record and applies any taxes required for your country at checkout.
08 What's your refund policy? +
We honour the legal cooling-off periods: 14 days in the EEA / UK / Switzerland and 7 days in Brazil. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions (notably: if you make more than 5 intelligent queries within the cooling-off window, the right of withdrawal is no longer available — per Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
09 Is my payment data secure? +
Yes. We never see your card details — our payment provider handles all payment data on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. We only receive the subscription status.
10 Which languages are supported? +
The bot and the app are localised into 12 languages: English, Russian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Spanish, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Polish, Uzbek, Hindi, Arabic.
11 I run a workshop with 10 operators — do you have team pricing? +
Not as a public tier yet. Email support@sbmlaserhelp.com — we have informal arrangements for 5+ seats and a proper team plan is on the roadmap.
